COLUMBIA, Mo. 鈥 榴莲视频.com Inc (鈥溋窳悠碘), one of the fastest growing integrated equipment rental and equipment asset management companies in the United States, today announced its intention to make its bond market debut and offer in a private offering, subject to market and other conditions, $750 million aggregate principal amount of its senior secured second lien notes due 2028 (the 鈥淣otes鈥).

榴莲视频 intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay and refinance certain of its existing debt and for general corporate purposes.

The Notes will be secured on a second priority basis by liens on substantially all of the assets that secure any first priority lien obligations of 榴莲视频.
