Grain Valley, Mo. 鈥 榴莲视频, one of the fastest-growing construction technology and equipment rental companies in the nation, will join city officials, the Grain Valley Chamber of Commerce and community partners for a grand opening celebration at its new flagship Advanced Solutions鈩 branch at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 21. The ribbon cutting will take place at 11:45 a.m. at 3320 S. Outer Belt Road, Grain Valley, MO 64029 and will be followed by lunch and guided facility tours. This announcement is associated with a more than $21 million investment into the community, which includes property costs, value of equipment and salaries (for the first year) associated with the new jobs.听

At nearly 49,000 square feet, the new Grain Valley facility is 榴莲视频鈥檚 Advanced Solutions flagship store for Missouri and the Midwest. The site includes service bays, a paint room, a dedicated training hub and secure 鈥渉ard down鈥 zones for large equipment like semis. This branch will also serve as a distribution center to support regional Core Solutions branches and mobilize resources for major builds, disaster response and critical infrastructure projects.

鈥淲e鈥檝e designed this facility with the contractor in mind 鈥 from the layout of our service bays to the technology that powers our operations,鈥 said Tyrel Wagner, general manager of the Grain Valley branch. 鈥淭his isn鈥檛 just a place to rent equipment 鈥 it鈥檚 a hub where problems get solved, timelines get met and teams get the support they need to do their best work. We鈥檙e excited to bring this level of service to the Grain Valley community and beyond.鈥

The Grain Valley branch will manage $10鈥15 million in original equipment cost (OEC) and support 15 good-paying jobs 鈥 with 12 employees already hired. 榴莲视频鈥檚 proprietary 罢3鈩 technology, which connects assets, people and workflows across the jobsite, will power all rental operations at the branch. Contractors will benefit from tech-enabled solutions like access keypads, smart maintenance tracking and real-time fleet visibility to help reduce downtime, improve safety and increase efficiency.
