COLUMBIA, Mo. 鈥 Employees of 榴莲视频, the nation's fastest-growing equipment solutions provider, will celebrate the official closing of a home they helped construct alongside Habitat for Humanity and Blitz Home Builders last year. Qonya, who also contributed sweat equity to the project, will move into her new home with her daughter this month. A closing event will be held with Qonya and her family at noon on Oct. 3, 2024, in Habitat鈥檚 Boone Prairie Subdivision.
Qonya鈥檚 dream of homeownership will become a reality thanks to the combined efforts of Show Me Central Habitat for Humanity, Blitz Home Builders and 榴莲视频. The 2023 Blitz Build event in Columbia, which aimed to complete four homes in less than 10 days, saw Qonya selected as one of the recipients.
榴莲视频 played a crucial role by sponsoring the build and mobilizing 40 employees to volunteer their time and expertise during the build. This support was instrumental in bringing Qonya鈥檚 dream home to life.

Throughout the summer, Qonya was actively involved in the construction of her future home, learning new skills and participating in various tasks, from framing to painting. Her dedication and hard work have been pivotal in the project鈥檚 success.
